Tickets, refund and cancellation policy

  1. By purchasing a ticket customers agree to all Terms and Conditions stipulated below.

  2. Tickets are strictly non-refundable. No exceptions. All ticket sales are final.

  3. Tickets may be transferred given more than 72 hours notice (3 days). Tickets may be transferred to another local event within six months. Tickets can only be transferred once. We cannot transfer tickets with less than 3 days (72 hours) notice. All ticket transfers are at our discretion.

  4. You may sell or gift your ticket to someone else if you cannot make the event. Please contact us with the details of the new attendee.

  5. Customers must arrive on time to join the event.

  6. On the rare occasion that we cancel an event, all customers will be offered a full refund or ticket transfer option. 

  7. Customers must ensure they provide us with the correct contact information to ensure we can contact attendees if there is a change to the event. If customers do not provide the correct information we will not be held accountable. 

  8. It is the customer's responsibility to check their emails prior to the event for any updates.
     

Age Restrictions

  1. Our events are for adults however we may allow under 18s at our discretion.

  2. All under 18s MUST be accompanied by an adult with a ticket. Children will not be permitted without an adult, who holds a valid ticket, accompanying them.

  3. The venues we use may have an age restriction. Please contact us to check each before booking a ticket for an under 18.

Food and drink

  1. The ticket price includes one glass of Prosecco on arrival.

  2. All other food and drink must be purchased separately.

  3. Alcoholic drinks are limited to two per person. Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated, and you may be asked to leave.

Venues​

  1. Should a venue not be able to host an event for us on the date specified, we will endeavour to find another suitable venue within a reasonable distance of the original venue, on the same date. Customers will be notified of the change via email. A change of venue does not make customers eligible for a refund, this is standard industry practice. 

  2. Accessibility: Please get in touch with us if you have any access needs. We will let you know of venues that have wheelchair and ground floor access. It may already be listed on the booking information.

  3. For venue age restriction please see above.

  4. It is the customers responsibility to check the venue details, and to ensure they have booked the correct venue. We cannot be held accountable for any situations arising from misreading the ticket information.

  5. It is the customers responsibility to find suitable parking.

  6. Our events are hosted in public venues. We cannot be held responsible for events outside of our control that take place within the venue, this includes and is not limited to, noise levels, changes within the venue, staffing levels, food/drink issues, wait times at the bar. Customers agree to contact the venue directly about anything related to the venue.​

Gift Vouchers

  1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months, 365 days, from the date of purchase

  2. Gift vouchers can be redeemed against any event or product available on our website.

  3. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the gift voucher can be used to make partial payment. The remaining balance must be paid via an alternative method.​​

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Returns and exchanges can not be made on event tickets (see above for ticket transfers) or gift vouchers.

  2. Returns on craft kits can be made up to 14 days after receipt. Kits must be in their original un-opened box in order for a refund to be made. Cost of the return postage must be covered by the person who bought the item.

  3. If an item has been delivered damaged or faulty, we may be able to offer you an exchange of that item. Please contact us in this instance.
