A selection of my work produced for commissions and personal use. My artistic practice centres around exploring the ‘unseen’ - things that we experience and encounter every day, but never really see.

From microscopic worlds, to the material culture that we surround ourselves with, but often don’t connect with. My work draws inspiration from the incredible beauty and diversity of nature, and from a long history of textile traditions that connects us to humans throughout history who have worked creatively with fibres.

I work with, and combine, various heritage textile techniques including spinning, dyeing, nalbinding, sprang, knitting, crochet, bobbin lace, sewing and embroidery. I aim to make my artistic practice as sustainable as possible, using mostly natural and upcycled materials.​
